Amy Conrad Warner, Chair of the Board of Governors of Heartland Truly Moving Pictures
Great films touch our sensibilities and heartstrings every day. The stories of human drama, humility and frivolity are timeless, passionate and life affirming. A Truly Moving Picture can inspire and shape the decisions we make throughout our lives. The Campaign for Heartland Truly Moving Pictures provides a vehicle to inspire the very filmmakers who capture our imagination and bring great stories to us through film.
Emerging and seasoned filmmakers need to know that Heartland movie goers are hungry for inspiring life affirming films. Life lessons are not easy, not simple and not without pain. Bad things happen and the human spirit is an amazing enterprise guiding us through this journey called life. I am involved with Heartland to reward filmmakers who lay their souls on the line to inspire others to live fully, recognize the frailty of human dignity or advocate boldly for change.
Heartland builds a critical mass of individuals from different backgrounds, beliefs and life experiences together in the celebration of the human spirit through life affirming film. Together we can make a difference. Please join us in the Campaign for Heartland Truly Moving Pictures at OneFilmCan.org.
