To purchase tickets for screenings and special events please visit 2011 Films & Events and search for your specific screening.
Heartland Film Festival’s ticketing system allows you to plan ahead and purchase advance screening tickets for the specific films playing on the dates and times that best fit your busy schedule.

A service fee will be added to all online and phone orders. See below for more information.
Screening Tickets
Single tickets to the screenings are $7.50 each when purchased in advance online or through the toll-free ticket line at 1.866.HFF.1010 (Service fees apply to all online and phone orders). Tickets purchased at the theaters are $9 each. Attendees can purchase 10 film-specific tickets at a discounted rate of $75 (a $15 savings over single ticket pricing). All 10 screening tickets must be purchased at the same time to receive the discount. You may also pick up a 10-pack from your local Marsh. Complete listing of participating Marsh stores coming soon!
While purchasing tickets online, please note that you will be prompted to create an account separate from your TrulyMovingPictures.org account that is specific to the ticketing system.
Please remember that all ticket sales and fees are final and non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Group sales for 20 or more on screening tickets are available by calling the Heartland office at 317.464.9405 ext. 20.
Festival 10-Packs
Festival 10-Packs, consisting of 10 ticket vouchers, are available in advance for $75 (a $15 savings over single ticket pricing) at select Indianapolis area Marsh Supermarkets.

Ticket vouchers must be exchanged for actual screening tickets at the Heartland Film Festival box office during Festival hours to exchange your vouchers for tickets to the specific films you want to see. No service fees apply.
FEST Passes – SOLD OUT for 2011!
The FEST Pass is the best way to fully enjoy the Heartland Film Festival! This year we have three options to choose from:
- $95 allows you access to unlimited regular matinee screenings before 5 P.M. any day during the Festival.
- $150 allows you access to unlimited regular film screenings.
- $250 allows you all the above plus one ticket to all special events.

The Fine Print
We know fine print isn’t fun to read, but trust us – it will make your Festival experience all the better! (Plus, we kept it pretty simple if we do say so ourselves). Please know that as a ticket purchaser, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed with all the terms and conditions published here.
Fees
Online: self print or will call $2 per order, mail out $4 per order
Phone order: mail out $4 per order
Fees include shipping. All fees are non-negotiable and non refundable. No service fees apply at theaters or select Marsh Supermarkets.
FEST Pass
The FEST Pass is not valid for admission to the special events unless otherwise noted. The FEST Pass is not transferable and is intended for use only by the individual FEST Pass owner. Your name will be printed on the FEST Pass and we reserve the right to check your ID. Please note FEST Pass owners must be in their seats 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the screening otherwise the seat may be forfeited.
Theater Regulations
All patrons – whether credentialed or ticketed – must adhere to the following guidelines:
- To guarantee admittance, ticket and FEST Pass holders must be in their seats 10 minutes prior to the film’s published scheduled start time or your seat is subject to be released.
- The use of cameras or other recording equipment is strictly prohibited during the screening.
- Attendees should remember to take all personal belongings and litter with them as they exit. Any items left behind may be disposed of.
- Heartland reserves the right to search the personal belongings of any patron before entering the theater if requested by the film studio.
- All cell phones inside theater auditoriums must be turned off prior to the introduction of the film.
- No pets (except service animals) or babies in arms or strollers permitted in theaters.
- Although you may purchase tickets to future Festival screenings at the theaters, it is strongly encouraged you make those purchases during off-peak hours.
Heartland Photography/Videography
By entering a theater or any other venue associated with the 2011 Heartland Film Festival, patrons consent to be photographed/filmed and grant Heartland Truly Moving Pictures, its successors, assigned parties, carrier stations, network station(s), sponsor(s), advertising agents, and their affiliated entities the right to record and use their likeness, voice, and name worldwide in perpetuity for any purpose whatsoever. In addition, they release the above parties from any and all liability for loss or damage to person or property while they are at or around the venue.
