Award-winning filmmaker Frank Kelly holds an H.N.D. in animation production from Ballyfermot College. In 2005, he set up Pale Stone Productions Limited with Thomas Kennedy. They co-wrote and directed Emily’s Song in 2006, which screened at more than 30 international film festivals, and won a Crystal Heart Award at the 2006 Heartland Film Festival. Kelly wrote and directed the short documentary entitled Bill, For Short in 2008, which was shown at Heartland Film Festival that year. Kelly lives in Drogheda, Ireland.
Frank’s documentary feature 140 will be featured at the 2010 Heartland Film Festival.
