Please submit your film information to the 2010 High School Film Competition. You can either submit your film by including the online streaming URL on the form or by mailing a copy of the film on DVD.

Once you complete the form, you will receive an email with your unique ID number. Please include this number with your DVD submission (if applicable) and keep it in your records.
